Our venue is available for rental at a rate of $120 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours. Additionally, we offer 1 complimentary hour for your event. The extra hour can be used before or after your scheduled time. This ensures you have adequate time to prepare without additional cost. Please note that the rental time begins at the agreed-upon start time and includes any time needed for cleanup. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your reservation. Feel free to discuss setup requirements in advance to ensure proper arrangements.

Additional Setup Time Policy
We provide 1 complimentary hour. If additional setup time is required, it will be charged at discounted rate of $60 per hour. This ensures that we can accommodate your needs while maintaining fairness and consistency in our scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 72 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
Optional Cleaning Fee Policy
Clients are responsible for leaving the venue in the same condition as it was provided. If you prefer that we handle post-event cleaning, a $120 cleaning fee will be applied. This fee covers general cleaning, trash removal, and resetting the space.
Please inform us in advance if you’d like to opt for this service. Failure to clean the venue adequately without selecting this option may result in additional charges. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and welcoming space for all clients.
Damage Policy
Please take care of the space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed at a fee $150-$550
General Rules

No smoking in the Venue. Guests may smoke outside. You can request to smoke inside for an additional fee. Please request if needed.

Music can be played at a reasonable level.

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Alcoholic beverages are permitted.
