The Art Lounge Jax Policy
Welcome to The Art Lounge! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and creative experience for all our guests, we have established the following policies. By participating in our events, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
• A deposit is required to reserve your spot or event booking.
• All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, no-shows, or rescheduling requests.
• Rescheduling may be permitted at the venue’s discretion if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the event.
2. Behavior and Conduct
• We want everyone to have a great time! However, disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Guests who exhibit excessive intoxication, disruptive conduct, or pose a risk to others will be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
• Respectful interactions with staff and other guests are mandatory.
3. Sip and Paint Policies
• Alcohol consumption is limited to designated areas and allowed only by guests of legal drinking age (21+). ID verification is required.
• Guests must drink responsibly. Bringing outside alcohol is prohibited unless explicitly stated for private events.
• All supplies provided during the session (e.g., paint, brushes) remain the property of the venue unless purchased or included in the event fee.
4. Food and Drinks
• Light snacks and beverages may be provided, but outside food and drinks are allowed only with prior approval.
• Please notify staff of any allergies or special dietary needs in advance.
5. Liability
• The Art Lounge is not responsible for accidents, spills, or damages to personal belongings.
• Participation in activities is voluntary, and guests assume full responsibility for their safety.
6. Event Guidelines
• Arrive on time. Late arrivals may forfeit part of the session without refund or rescheduling.
• Photography during events is encouraged but respect others’ privacy by asking permission before sharing on social media.
7. Reservation and Cancellation
• Full payment may be required for large groups or private events.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
